To deliver an authentic cyberpunk command interface while replacing standard Android homescreens, CyberDeck Launcher requests explicit operating system permissions. All permissions operate exclusively locally on your device:

All configuration data, theme choices, custom aliases, objectives log (TODO items), and quick notes are persisted exclusively inside the sandboxed local application directory via Android Preferences / localStorage.

The application initiates zero HTTP/HTTPS network connections, makes no background pings, and does not require an active internet connection to execute any of its features.
If you acquired a direct standalone APK release from Nomad Labs (e.g. Gumroad), a one-time cryptographic license verification request is made to our endpoint. Only the unique license key string is transmitted for validation. No device identifiers, personal credentials, hardware serial numbers, or location data are ever included.
CyberDeck Launcher is a general audience personalization utility. It does not target children under the age of 13, does not collect personal data from anyone (including minors), and contains no content or tracking mechanisms violating child privacy regulations.
